Job summary

Avenue5 Residential in Gresham, OR is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals. You’ll interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction.

The role requires excellent customer service, strong communication, and basic computer skills. Experience with Yardi Voyager and Microsoft Office is preferred. The schedule is Tue–Sat, 9:00am–6:00pm, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and resident satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records and prepares lease documentation and move-in paperwork.
• Support management with clerical tasks and ensure excellent customer service to residents.
