RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage marketing, leasing and renewal strategies for our multifamily communities. You will conduct tours, screen applicants, prepare leases and assist residents from move-in to renewal, ensuring high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

The role focuses on face-to-face sales, customer service, and coordination with property teams to meet revenue targets and provide an excellent resident experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales experience in property or retail environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage prospects, qualify leads and close leases.
• Familiarity with leasing processes and background checks.

Responsabilités

• Greet and qualify prospects face-to-face to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Conduct property tours, process applications, credit checks, and lease documents.
• Coordinate move-in, renewals, and related administrative tasks.
• Design and execute marketing strategies to drive traffic to the property.
• Maintain high standards of property appearance and respond to resident concerns.
