Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate in Los Angeles to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal activities. The role includes greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and ensuring a smooth move-in and lease signing.

Responsibilities cover marketing plan execution, on-site showings, and using OneSite/Yardi to track data. A strong focus on occupancy and resident satisfaction is essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Leasing experience (Prior experience in Affordable and stabilized housing communities preferred).
• Understanding of market conditions and marketing plans to sustain occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and ensuring move-in.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and coordinates maintenance items.
• Develops and implements short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Designs and executes marketing activities to drive traffic to the community and employs internet marketing tools.
• Uses property management software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Ensures show units meet company standards and coordinates with maintenance.
