Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare lease packages for a smooth move-in and lease signing.

The role requires familiarity with on-site software such as OneSite and Yardi, plus a valid driver’s license. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Must meet licenses/certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, prepare lease packages and sign leases.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and ensure units are ready, coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities including referrals, employer outreach, and internet marketing.
• Use on-site PM software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Support lease renewals by preparing renewal letters and coordinating with renewing residents.
