Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across a community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure smooth move-ins and renewals.

The role supports occupancy and revenue goals with on-site marketing efforts, data tracking, and strong guest relations. Must hold a valid driver’s license and be available for evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• This position requires leasing and sales experience along with strong customer service.
• Valid driver’s license is required to operate a golf cart on property.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Tour communities, process applications, perform screenings, and prepare leases.
• Monitor market conditions and implement marketing plans to boost occupancy.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure new leases and renewals.
