Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare lease documents for move-in.

In this role, you’ll inspect units, stay informed about market conditions, design marketing plans, and leverage on-site software like OneSite and Yardi to track activity and demographics.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leasing or property marketing preferred.
• Ability to greet prospects, qualify leads, and close leases.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to achieve occupancy goals.
• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, credit checks, and lease documentation.
• Schedule move-in, coordinate with maintenance, and ensure move-in ready units.
• Monitor market conditions and implement short- and long-term marketing plans.
• Utilize on-site software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Support lease renewals and prepare renewal packages.
• Respond to resident questions and resolve issues promptly.
