Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing and Marketing Specialist to coordinate the community's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention by handling tours, applications, credit checks, and move-in packages.

You will design and implement marketing plans, use OneSite or Yardi for data, inspect show units, and follow company policies to boost occupancy. Occasional travel and a valid driver’s license are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating leasing, marketing, and renewal activities.
• Ability to lead tours, process applications, and verify qualifications.
• Familiarity with property management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications and screenings.
• Prepare lease packages and ensure smooth move-in and signing.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design marketing activities and drive traffic via online channels.
• Inspect show units and coordinate maintenance for move-in readiness.
• Support lease renewals with timely letters and packages.
