Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leasing experience.
• Prior lease-up and customer-service experience preferred.
• Multifamily property experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Coordinate move-in packages and ensure units are ready.
• Monitor market conditions; develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic (Craigslist, Facebook, email).
• Track availability and leasing activity using OneSite or Yardi.
• Inspect show units and coordinate maintenance needs.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to secure occupancy.
• Prepare lease renewal letters and packets ahead of move-outs.
• Respond promptly to resident concerns and document requests.
