Greystar Worldwide, LLC, Haven at Patterson Place in Durham, NC, is seeking a full-time Leasing Associate to drive occupancy and revenue by greeting prospects, showing apartments, processing applications, and coordinating renewals.

You will conduct tours, screen applicants, collaborate with maintenance, implement marketing plans, and use OneSite/Yardi to track traffic and leases while delivering excellent resident service and meeting company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing apartments or multifamily communities.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to develop and execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Sell and lease apartments to achieve occupancy targets.
• Conduct community tours and show available units.
• Process applications, run credit checks, and prepare lease packages.
