Job summary

Greystar seeks a Leasing & Marketing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for occupancy and revenue. You will greet prospects, show apartments, process applications, screen credit/background, and prepare lease documents.

Additionally, you will ensure move-in readiness, monitor market conditions, implement marketing plans, use OneSite/Yardi, and follow up to secure renewals while upholding company standards and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating leasing and renewal strategies.
• Ability to qualify prospects and conduct tours.
• Familiarity with marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Knowledge of on-site property management software.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities including greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, credit screening, and lease signing.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and coordinates repairs with maintenance.
• Monitors market conditions and implements marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Designs marketing activities and uses internet tools to drive traffic.
• Uses on-site software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Ensures show units meet company standards and prepares leasing offices for daily activities.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to finalize leases and renewals.
• Supports renewal letters and packages for residents.
• Responds promptly to resident or owner concerns and requests.
