Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Specialist in Durham, NC to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across a 330-unit garden community. You will greet prospects, show apartments, process applications, and ensure smooth move-ins and lease signings while aligning with occupancy and revenue targets.

You will design and execute marketing activities, track traffic with on-site software, and support renewal efforts with timely letters and packages.

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Incumbents must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Sell and lease units to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Show apartments, process applications, credit checks, and sign leases.
• Prepare move-in packages and coordinate move-ins.
• Maintain show-ready units and marketing areas.
• Develop and implement local marketing plans to drive occupancy.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals.
