Job summary

Greystar, a leading global real estate platform, seeks a Leasing Specialist for the Haven at Patterson Place in Durham, NC. You will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities to optimize occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction throughout the lease lifecycle.

Responsibilities include showing apartments, processing applications, credit and background checks, and preparing lease documents. You will also implement marketing plans and use OneSite/Yardi to track activity and data for

• Proven ability to perform sales and leasing activities and meet occupancy goals.
• Strong customer service skills and resident relations management.
• Experience designing and executing marketing plans to drive traffic and leases.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Inspect units and ensure move-in readiness with maintenance team.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute on-site marketing activities and online promotion.
• Track availability and leasing activity using property management software.
• Ensure show units meet company show standards and prepare leasing office daily.
• Support lease renewals with timely communications and packages.
• Respond promptly to resident concerns and coordinate with related teams.
