Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Specialist for Duraleigh Woods in Raleigh, NC. You will manage all leasing activities, meet occupancy and revenue targets, and ensure resident satisfaction through the lease term.

You will conduct tours, process applications, coordinate move-ins, and support lease renewals with timely communication and service. You will drive on-site marketing campaigns, stay informed about market conditions, and use OneSite/Yardi to track data, ensuring show units meet brand

Qualifications

• Leasing and sales activities to hit occupancy targets
• Ability to develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy
• Experience with showings, tours, and lease signing; strong customer service
• Familiarity with on-site software (OneSite, Yardi) preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases
• Inspect show units and coordinate maintenance for move-in readiness
• Develop短- and long-term marketing plans to maintain occupancy and revenue
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic (Craigslist, social, email) and follow programs to boost occupancy
• Use property management software to track availability, traffic, and resident data
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office for daily activities
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to secure leases and renewals
• Support lease renewals by preparing letters and packages and contacting renewing residents
