Job summary

Responsibilities include tours, applications, credit screening, and preparing move-in packages. You will use OneSite/Yardi to track availability and leasing activity, ensuring show units meet company standards and inquiries are promptly addressed.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing processes and applications.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects, tour properties, and process applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and screenings.
• Prepare lease and move-in package, ensure smooth move-in and signing.
• Follow up with residents to secure renewals and satisfaction.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Maintain show units to meet property standards and show quality.
• Utilize property management software to track availability and traffic.
