Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Tomball, TX to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and support lease renewals to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and sales activities to achieve occupancy goals.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects, tour communities, and process applications.
• Maintain resident satisfaction and support lease renewals.
• Strong communication and follow-up with prospects and residents.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, process applications, perform credit/background checks.
• Prepare lease and move-in packages and ensure smooth move-in and signing.
• Inspect apartments to ensure move-in readiness and coordinate repairs.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to drive occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities to attract traffic (Craigslist, social media, email).
• Use property software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and coordinate with maintenance.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to confirm lease decisions or renewals.
• Prepare renewal letters and packages, contact renewing residents before move-out dates.
