Job summary

Greystar is seeking an on-site leasing professional in Manor, Texas to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies. You will greet prospects, show apartments, process applications, run credit checks and prepare lease packages for move-in.

You’ll influence occupancy through marketing plans and on-site promotions. You will track show units and information in property software, stay current on market conditions, and follow up with residents to secure renewals.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating leasing, marketing, and renewal activities.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects and conduct tours.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
