• Stays informed about market conditions to sustain occupancy and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and ensures readiness.
• Designs and executes marketing activities to drive traffic.
• Tracks availability and leasing activities using on-site software.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to finalize lease decisions.
