Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC seeks an on-site Leasing Specialist in Houston to manage leasing, marketing, and renewal strategies. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure a smooth move-in process while coordinating with maintenance and on-site teams.

You will stay informed about market conditions, implement marketing plans to boost occupancy, and follow company policies on concessions and programs. Strong guest relations and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Licenses/certifications required by state/local jurisdictions.
• Must have a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart.
• Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
• Travel may be required to assist other properties.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, run credit and background checks, prepare lease packages.
• Ensure apartments are move-in ready and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Track availability and leasing activities using on-site software.
• Maintain show units and prepare the leasing office for daily activity.
• Follow up with prospects to finalize lease or renewal decisions.
• Prepare lease renewal letters and packages for residents.
• Respond to resident/owner questions promptly and document requests.
