Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a property leasing specialist to drive occupancy and revenue by guiding prospects through tours, screenings, and leases. You will coordinate marketing activities, ensuring show units meet standards, and maintain strong resident relations for renewals.

Proficiency with leasing software and a valid driver’s license are required. The role involves flexible hours, on-site work, and opportunities for performance bonuses based on occupancy and leasing goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and leasing to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and screenings.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform leasing activities, greet prospects, show apartments, process applications and screenings.
• Inspect units prior to move-in and coordinate with maintenance for issues.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Design marketing activities to drive traffic, including referrals and online campaigns.
• Utilize on-site software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet quality standards and prepare leasing office daily.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure leases or renewals.
• Support lease renewal process with letters and renewal packages.
