Greystar is seeking a Leasing/Marketing Coordinator to drive occupancy and revenue at a Texas community. You will greet prospects, tour apartments, process applications, and coordinate move-ins, with credit and background checks and lease documentation handled on-site.

Strong English communication, Spanish fluency preferred, and ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends are valued. The role includes on-site management with comprehensive benefits and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours and showing apartments.
• Ability to process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare leases.

Responsabilités

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments, process applications, screen credit and background checks, prepare lease and move-in package.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and ensure move-in readiness; coordinate maintenance.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Design marketing activities to attract traffic and follow community plans.
• Utilize property management software to track availability and leasing activities.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and renewal chances.
