Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Consultant for a Texas community to coordinate leasing, marketing, and renewal strategies. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run credit checks, and prepare lease packages for a smooth move-in.

You will work with maintenance, monitor show units, and drive traffic using OneSite/Yardi and online channels. Competitive benefits and incentive opportunities accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Must have licenses/certifications as required by state and local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property.
• Experience in leasing and resident relations or sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform leasing activities to meet occupancy goals, greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, credit screening, and prepare lease/move-in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Design and execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy using online tools and referrals.
• Utilize property management software to track availability and prospect data.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and drive renewals.
• Prepare lease renewal letters and packages and sign renewal documents on time.
• Respond promptly to resident or owner concerns and document requests.
