Qualifications

• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing and Customer Service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to present to prospects and residents.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours, process applications and screenings.
• Prepare lease documents and move-in packages and ensure smooth move-in and lease signing.
• Design and execute offsite marketing to drive traffic using online tools and social media.
