RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and tenant satisfaction at our multifamily properties. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, qualify applicants, and coordinate lease signings while coordinating marketing efforts to attract residents.

You will handle applications, credit checks, and move‑in paperwork, ensuring a smooth resident experience. Strong communication and a customer‑focused approach are essential in a fast‑paced, onsite environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and delivery skills.
• Proficient with internet, word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, conduct credit and background checks, prepare leases.
• Coordinate move‑in packages and lease signings; ensure smooth onboarding.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic to the property.
• Monitor market trends and adjust leasing plans to achieve occupancy goals.
• Maintain property appearance and respond to resident concerns.
