RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and revenue through in-person sales, tours, and applications at our Smyrna, TN properties. You will ensure a seamless move-in experience and renewals while maintaining resident satisfaction.

The role requires effective communication, presentation, and strong customer service, with experience in property management software a plus. Local travel and weekend availability may be required in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and delivery skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Executes marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet prospects, conduct property tours, process applications, and perform background checks.
• Prepare lease and move-in package, ensuring smooth resident onboarding and renewal processing.
• Design and implement marketing activities to drive traffic, including referrals and online campaigns.
• Monitor market trends and adjust plans to sustain occupancy and competitiveness.
