Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive leasing activity, greet prospects, and manage applications at our Smyrna, TN site. You will oversee tours, screenings, and lease processing while contributing to strategic marketing efforts and renewals.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, experience in property management or sales, and proficiency with property management software. A driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience preferred in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Strong communication, presentation, and delivery skills.
• Proficiency in property management software (Entrata, Yardi or One Site).
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, tour properties, process applications, run background checks and prepare lease packages.
• Drive traffic through offsite marketing and referral programs.
• Monitor market trends and adjust marketing plans accordingly.
• Handle lease renewals, inspections and collections as needed.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and curb appeal of the property.
• Respond promptly to resident concerns and coordinate with teams.
• Travel locally for business as required.
