RangeWater Real Estate in Savannah, GA is seeking a Leasing Consultant to execute property marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit and background checks, prepare leases, and support resident satisfaction and renewals. Proficiency with Entrata, Yardi or OneSite is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects; conduct property tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit checks and background checks; prepare lease packages.
• Manage renewals and ensure resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.
• Design and execute offsite marketing activities to generate traffic to the property.
