Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies at our Orlando community. You will greet prospects, tour apartments, process applications, run background checks, prepare leases, and ensure a smooth move-in process.

You will analyze market conditions, implement short- and long-term marketing plans, and drive occupancy through incentives and outreach programs. On-site software like OneSite and Yardi will be used daily.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and resident screening
• Strong customer service orientation
• Proven ability to meet occupancy and revenue goals

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments to new residents and process applications
• Schedule tours and conduct move-in & renewals
• Implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and traffic
• Maintain show units and marketing corridor quality
• Follow up with prospects to finalize leases
