Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Orlando, FL is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease documents.

This role requires strong sales and customer-service skills, ability to use OneSite or Yardi, and willingness to work a Monday–Friday schedule with rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and leasing activities and lead qualification.
• Ability to conduct property tours, process applications, and sign leases.
• Strong understanding of market conditions and occupancy goals.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals, greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, credit screening, and prepare lease documents for move-in.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate maintenance for move-in readiness.
• Monitor market conditions and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and meet goals.
• Design marketing activities to drive traffic, including referrals, employer outreach, and online tools.
• Use property management software to track availability, traffic and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet standards and prepare the leasing office daily.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize leases or renewals.
• Support lease renewal program with notices and documents.
• Respond to resident or owner concerns promptly and escalate as needed.
