Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a 260-unit garden community in Orlando. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run background checks, prepare leases, and ensure a smooth move-in process.

You will stay informed about market conditions, develop short- and long-term marketing plans, and follow policies on concessions to boost occupancy.

Competenze

Sales and leasing experience or strong customer-facing skills.
Ability to greet, qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and finalize leases.
Strong communication and follow-up to maintain resident satisfaction.
Familiarity with marketing plans and price concessions to boost occupancy.
Must have a valid driver’s license to operate on property.
