Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Coordinator to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across communities in the Orlando area. You will greet prospects, tour properties, process applications, and coordinate move-ins to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.

You will stay informed about market conditions, design short- and long-term marketing plans, and use OneSite or Yardi to track availability and data. The role may include on-site operations and occasional off-hours support.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and sales to achieve occupancy goals.
• Ability to develop and execute marketing plans for property.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads leasing activities, tours, applications, and move-in packets.
• Maintains show units and marketing corridor to meet standards.
• Tracks traffic and leasing activities using property software.
• Follows up with prospects and renewals to maximize occupancy and renewal rates.
• Supports lease renewal process and timely signing of documents.
