Greystar is seeking an on-site Leasing and Marketing Coordinator in Orlando to drive occupancy and revenue. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases to ensure a smooth move-in process.

The role requires coordinating with maintenance, executing local marketing plans, and using OneSite/Yardi to track activity and leases. You will design campaigns, drive traffic to the community through online and referral programs, and follow up with prospects to secure

• Experience in leasing and selling residential units.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to develop and execute local marketing plans.

Responsabilités

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and preparing leases.
• Inspects apartments and ensures move-in readiness, coordinating with maintenance.
• Develops and implements short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy, including referrals and employer outreach.
• Designs and executes marketing activities to drive traffic (Craigslist, Facebook, email, etc.) and uses online tools for lead generation.
• Uses on-site property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability and leasing activities.
• Ensures show units meet company standards by inspecting marketing corridors and coordinating with maintenance.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to finalize lease or renewal decisions.
• Supports lease renewal program with letters, packages, and pre-move-out outreach.
• Responds promptly to resident or owner inquiries and documents requests.
