Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a multifamily community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare lease documents to ensure a smooth move-in and lease signing.

You will monitor market conditions, develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy, and manage data in on-site software (OneSite, Yardi) while supporting lease renewals and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or property management is preferred.
• Ability to greet prospects and present properties professionally.
• Familiarity with online marketing and referral programs.

Responsabilités

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare lease agreements.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and meet revenue goals.
• Drive traffic via referrals and online marketing channels.
• Use OneSite or Yardi to track availability and leasing activity.
• Support lease renewals and ensure resident satisfaction.
