Job summary

Greystar in Orlando is seeking a leasing coordinator to manage leasing activities, drive occupancy, and ensure resident satisfaction from initial contact through renewal. The role includes tours, applications, and lease signings, with on-site software usage and strong customer service requirements.

Responsibilities cover marketing plan implementation, collaboration with maintenance, and proactive outreach to secure renewals and positive resident experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or property management is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate golf cart on property.
• Ability to develop and execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, prepare leases, and coordinate move-ins.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate maintenance needs.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic (Craigslist, Facebook, email, etc.).
• Track availability and leasing activities using on-site software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.).
• Follow up with prospects to finalize leases and renewals.
