Job summary

Greystar in Orlando is seeking a Leasing agent to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue for a 468-unit garden community. You will greet prospects, tour apartments, process applications, perform credit checks, prepare leases, and ensure a smooth move-in and lease signing.

Experience in leasing and sales, strong customer service, and familiarity with OneSite/Yardi are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and leasing within multifamily housing or property management.
• Ability to market a property and renew leases to sustain occupancy.
• Customer-focused approach to resident satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and screenings.
• Prepare leases, move-in packages, and ensure smooth move-in and renewals.
• Monitor market conditions and implement short-/long-term marketing plans.
