Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across the community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure a smooth move-in.

The role uses OneSite/Yardi to track data, maintain show units, and drive occupancy. Responsibilities include inspecting units, following up with prospects, executing renewal letters, and staying informed on market conditions to optimize revenue and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Follow-up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate showing apartments, process applications, and lease documents.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, run credit checks and background screening.
• Prepare move-in packages and ensure smooth leasing sign-off.
• Inspect apartments for move-in readiness and coordinate with maintenance.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic and leasing.
• Monitor occupancy and market conditions to adjust strategies.
• Assist in lease renewals and renewal communications.
