Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies at a garden community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and manage move-ins to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

The role requires ensuring show units meet standards, coordinating with maintenance, and driving occupancy via targeted marketing and referrals, while supporting renewal programs and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and leases.
• Ensure move-in ready apartments and coordinate with maintenance as needed.
• Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follow policy on concessions.
• Drive traffic via referrals, employer outreach and online marketing.
• Use OneSite/Yardi to track availability and leasing activities.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to maximize occupancy and revenue.
