Avenue5 Residential in Oregon seeks a Leasing Manager to oversee apartments, move-ins/outs, and renewals while marketing the property and engaging with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.

The role requires strong customer service, MS Office proficiency, and experience with Yardi or similar PMS. A high school diploma and at least one year of residential leasing experience are required, along with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; at least 1 year in residential leasing or management.
• Experience with Yardi or similar property management systems.
• Experience with customer reputation management tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee apartment rentals, move-ins/outs, and lease renewals.
• Market properties and engage with prospective residents to maximize occupancy.
• Train and coach leasing consultants for optimal performance.
• Maintain accurate traffic and lease documentation and payments.
• Coordinate move-in/out with maintenance and inspect units.
• Provide excellent resident and client service to promote a quality living experience.
