Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Tigard, Oregon to coordinate rentals, move-ins, move-outs and renewals while ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction.

You will interact with prospective and current residents, promote a quality living experience, and maintain detailed records. Strong customer service, sales ability and familiarity with leasing processes are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum one year of sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy.
• Ensure model apartments are in touring condition and orient residents to the property.
• Process renewal paperwork and maintain confidential resident files.
• Prepare lease documentation and move-in paperwork; maintain accurate records.
