Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Manager for Jenna Village in Oregon. You will oversee apartment rentals, move-ins/outs and lease renewals while marketing properties and engaging with prospective residents to maximize occupancy and drive client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of residential leasing and/or management experience is required.
• Prior experience with a revenue management system is required.
• Prior experience in Yardi or another equivalent property management system is required.
• Prior experience with customer reputation management tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee apartment rentals, move-ins/move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Market properties and interact with prospective and current residents to achieve occupancy.
• Generate traffic, qualify prospects, and prepare lease documentation.
• Coordinate marketing plans and online ads; update advertisements.
• Maintain accurate resident files and ensure move-in paperwork is complete.
• Coordinate move-in/out schedules with maintenance and inspect units.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote a quality living experience.
