Job summary

Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a leasing manager to oversee apartment rentals, move-ins and move-outs, and lease renewals. You will market to prospective residents and engage with current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.

You will train leasing consultants, process applications and renewals, and coordinate with maintenance to ensure move-in readiness. A valid driver’s license and Yardi experience are preferred, along with strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of residential leasing and/or management experience.
• Experience with revenue management systems is required.
• Experience with Yardi or another equivalent property management system is required.
• Experience with customer reputation management tools is required.
• High school diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins and move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Market to prospective residents and interact with residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Train leasing consultants and coach staff to achieve optimal performance.
• Process lease documentation, applications and move-in paperwork.
• Coordinate move-in/out schedules with maintenance and ensure move-in condition.
• Maintain accurate and detailed traffic records and follow up with prospective residents.
