Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage apartment rentals, moves, and renewals, while ensuring resident satisfaction and occupancy targets. You will interact with prospective residents and coordinate with the maintenance team to prepare units for move-in.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service, sales-oriented mindset, and proficiency with Yardi Voyager and Microsoft Office, plus ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of sales experience is preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve occupancy and retention.
• Generate traffic, qualify prospects, lease apartments, and process move-in paperwork.
