Avenue5 Residential is hiring a Lease-Up Property Manager in Bend, OR to oversee the day-to-day property operations, lease administration, rent collection, and marketing activities. You will ensure resident satisfaction, manage P&L, and lead a team to deliver exceptional service to residents and clients.

The role requires 2–3 years in property management, with 1–2 years of direct supervision. Knowledge of Salesforce.com and Yardi Voyager is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in property management is required.
• 1-2 years of direct management experience is required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities is required.
• Real estate license is preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com is preferred.
• Prior experience in Yardi Voyager or another equivalent system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the property including resident satisfaction and retention, full resident lifecycle activities (lease administration, rent collection and delinquency management), property P&L, and property marketing in accordance with company standards.
• Meet client expectations and provide an excellent customer service experience.
• Recruit, interview, provide corrective feedback, and hire.
• Lead and coach associates to deliver best performance and development.
• Execute the strategic marketing plan to attract and retain residents.
• Adhere to operations guidelines within the property management agreement.
• Respond to resident complaints and liaise with residents and corporate office on maintenance and rules enforcement.
• Maintain knowledge by attending workshops and networking.
• Organize site emergency evacuation plans.
• Manage safety records, loss claims, and risk management.
• Other duties as assigned.
