Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a Property Manager in Oregon to lead the daily operations of a property, ensuring resident satisfaction and financial performance. You will oversee lease admin, marketing, vendor contracts, and reporting while delivering exceptional service to residents and clients.

The role requires a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred) and 2–3 years of property management experience; Salesforce.com and Yardi Voyager knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 2–3 years property management experience required; some locations prefer 1–2 years management.
• Knowledge of resident lifecycle activities preferred.
• Salesforce.com experience preferred.
• Yardi Voyager or similar system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day property operations and resident satisfaction.
• Manage lease administration, rent collection, and delinquency processes.
• Lead recruitment, interviewing, and coaching of staff.
• Develop and communicate a shared vision to the team and provide development opportunities.
• Execute marketing plans to attract and retain residents.
• Ensure compliance with property management agreements and guidelines.
• Respond to resident issues and liaise with corporate on maintenance and rules enforcement.
• Maintain professional knowledge through workshops and networking.
• Organize site disaster and emergency evacuation plans.
• Track safety records, loss claims, and risk management initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
