Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two to three years of property management experience required.
• One to two years of direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities is required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com is preferred.
• Prior experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations and resident satisfaction.
• Oversee lease administration, rent collection and delinquency management.
• Monitor property P&L and marketing in line with company standards.
• Recruit, interview, and provide coaching to staff.
• Implement marketing plans to attract residents and retain them.
• Ensure compliance with property management guidelines and lease rules.
• Respond to resident issues and liaise with corporate office.
• Maintain professional knowledge through workshops and networks.
