Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Manager in California to oversee apartment rentals, move-ins and move-outs, and lease renewals while driving occupancy and resident satisfaction.

You will market to prospective residents, coordinate with maintenance, and mentor leasing staff. A strong focus on customer service, organization, and accurate paperwork is essential to maintain our standards and ensure a smooth leasing process for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least one year of residential leasing or management experience.
• Experience with a revenue management system (RMS) required.
• Proficiency with Yardi or equivalent property management software.
• Experience using customer reputation tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee apartment rentals, move-ins/move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Market to prospective residents and maintain high occupancy and retention.
• Train and coach leasing consultants; monitor performance.
• Coordinate move-in/out schedules with maintenance and inspect units.
• Process paperwork and ensure accuracy before approval.
• Conduct outside marketing and outreach and manage advertising.
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents and applicants.
