Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Manager in California to oversee apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and renewals. You will lead marketing efforts to maximize occupancy and directly engage with prospective and current residents to ensure a high-quality living experience.

The role requires strong customer service, organizational skills, and experience with property management software such as Yardi. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are also expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of residential leasing and/or management experience is required.
• Prior experience with a revenue management system is required.
• Prior experience in Yardi or another equivalent property management system is required.
• Prior experience with customer reputation management tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Market to prospective residents and maintain high occupancy.
• Train and coach leasing consultants for performance.
• Generate traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documents.
• Review lease applications for accuracy and payments before forwarding.
• Coordinate marketing plans and advertising.
