Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Manager in Murrieta, CA to oversee rentals, move-ins, renewals, and related marketing efforts. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention, and coach leasing consultants for top performance.

Strong customer service, MS Office proficiency, and experience with Yardi or similar systems are required. A valid driver's license and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Formación

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of residential leasing/management experience.
• Experience with Yardi or equivalent PM system required.
• Experience with revenue management systems required.
• Experience with customer reputation management tools required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins and move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Market to prospective residents and interact with current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Train and coach leasing consultants to achieve targets.
• Process lease applications and prepare move-in paperwork.
• Coordinate move-in/out schedules with maintenance and inspect apartments prior to move-ins.
• Maintain accurate traffic records and provide follow-up with prospects.
