Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of residential leasing/management experience is required.
• Prior experience with a revenue management system is required.
• Prior experience in Yardi or another equivalent property management system is required.
• Prior experience with customer reputation management tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee apartment rentals, move-ins/outs, and lease renewals.
• Market to prospective residents and interact with residents to maximise occupancy.
• Maintain accurate resident files and lease documentation.
• Coordinate move-in/out schedules with maintenance and inspect apartments prior to move-ins.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote a quality living experience.
