Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Manager in Riverside, CA to oversee apartment rentals, move-ins/outs and lease renewals. You will market properties, interact with prospective and current residents, and work to achieve maximum occupancy and high resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include training leasing staff, handling lease documentation, and coordinating move-in/out activities with maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of residential leasing and/or management experience is required.
• Prior experience with a revenue management system is required.
• Prior experience in Yardi or another equivalent property management system is required.
• Prior experience with customer reputation management tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee apartment rentals, move-ins/outs, and lease renewals.
• Handle marketing and direct interaction with residents to maximize occupancy.
• Aim for high resident retention and client satisfaction.
• Train, coach leasing consultants, and drive optimal performance.
• Prepare lease documentation and move-in paperwork; ensure accurate applications.
