Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure resident retention.
• Qualify prospective residents, leases and prepare lease documentation.
• Ensure model apartments are tour-ready.
• Process renewal paperwork and notify residents monthly.
